Return and Refund Policy

At Siddhivinayak Sports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
With original packaging, tags, and invoice

Non-returnable items:
Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale"
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)
Custom or personalized products

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Order ID
Reason for return
Images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and arrange for a pickup if eligible.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within [5–7 business days].
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within [24 hours] of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.

5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability.
The process and conditions are the same as returns.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return request after delivery.
